Printed in vivid cobalt ink on cream paper, Oracle Blue Wally is a joyful and wonderfully expressive relief print celebrating winter through the eyes of a very well-dressed walrus. Wally fills the frame with an endearing, front-facing presence and his signature tusks dropping below a charmingly simple muzzle. Two small round eyes peer out from beneath the brim of his hat with the quiet dignity of a creature entirely unbothered by the cold.

That hat deserves its own moment. A boldly striped knit beanie sits atop Wally's head, its pom-pom tied with a neat bow, carved with the kind of loving detail that makes the whole print sing. Snowflakes of varying sizes drift across the rich blue field surrounding him, each one uniquely carved with branching crystalline arms that catch the light of the ink-heavy background.
